Privacy notice
This notice covers what we collect when you use the site or send an estimate request, who receives it, and the choices you have.
Information we gather
- Estimate requests: the teeth and case you picked, your state, ZIP code, name, and any email and phone number you provide, plus the page you sent it from, the consent sentence beside the button, and the time.
- Server logs note the time, browser type, page address, and the network address used to reach us. These records support security and help us count visits.
- On-page events gather simple counts, like page views, answers from the estimator, or clicks that take you to another site. These events are sent only to this site. We don't use third-party analytics, advertising pixels, or cookies.
- The estimator saves your last answers in your browser (local storage), which lets you reuse them. You can remove them through your browser settings.
Who gets it
An estimate request goes to as many as three dental practices near your ZIP code, which can then send you a written estimate. Except for a hosting provider storing data on our behalf, or when the law requires it, we do not share it with anyone else.
Information about health
The form asks only about the teeth to replace. Don't enter your medical history in the form; a dentist will ask you for it directly.
Rights you have
If you live in California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, or another state with privacy laws, you can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, and you can opt out of selling or sharing it. Visit the do not sell or share page, or write to hello@dental-implant-cost.com. We reply within 45 days. Asking us doesn't change how we treat you.
How long we store it
We keep requests for up to 24 months, then delete them. We keep server logs for up to 13 months.
